Workshops:

The designs created in my workshops are copyright protected. You are welcome to recreate this design for family and friends and you can even sell them on the condition you mention 'Creative Bowerbird' as being the designer on all forms of social media/websites/etsy/markets etc etc. 

If you intend on holding your own workshop you must NOT recreate this design in any way for the purpose of teaching others and/or use my designs as a marketing or promotional tool. 

Workshop cancellation policy:

If you can't make it to a workshop for any reason my cancellation policy is as follows...

21 Days or more notice - Full Refund

14-21 days 75% refund

7-14 days 50% refund

Less than 7 days No refund or rebooking

If you have given 7 days notice or more I am also happy to give a credit to a future workshop subject to availability. The credit system works as follows:

Once the cancellation is received, a credit code will be emailed to you and you will be added to my mailing list. Once new workshop dates are booked and available on my website I email my mailing list to advise of the upcoming workshops. You can then go on to the website and use the credit code for the workshop booking. As the workshops are small groups they often sell out quickly, the workshop you are wanting attend may sell out before you go and book unfortunately you will need to wait until a space is available. 

Alternatively you can send a friend in your place! If you are going to do this, please message me with their details (name, email address etc)

Gift Vouchers:

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months. Once you purchase the voucher it will be emailed to you within 24 hours, if you need it sooner please let me know when the voucher is purchased. Please include the name and email address of recipient at time of purchase (in the notes section of the checkout). If no name is given a blank voucher will be sent.

Workshop gift vouchers cannot be used in exchange for ready made products but can be put towards another workshop that is a higher cost than the voucher value e.g a $50 voucher can be used towards a $100 workshop with a balance payable.

I offer a number of different workshops:

Beginner 2 hour$50

Beginner 4 Hour $100

Intermediate from $120

Advanced From $200

Vouchers can only be used at one of the workshops hosted by myself and not at one of the workshops I teach at but are hosted by a third party e.g Noosa Regional gallery, House of Artisan etc.

Voucher holders will receive 48 hours notice of future workshops via email. Bookings are essential. If I do not have the recipients email address I have not way of contacting them and they risk losing the priority booking. If I don't hear back from the voucher holder and they are wanting to book into the workshop a place cannot be guaranteed and will be subject to availability. 

Cancellation policy applies to vouchers and is printed on the voucher.

Custom Orders:

Custom orders are currently available. Waiting times vary and will need to be discussed prior to ordering. I require a 50% deposit to start with the remainder payable on completion.
